[TYPO3-core] FYI: Updated the caching framework to its according FLOW3 revision 2616

Hi all,

just to let you know the caching framework is now updated to the current 
version in FLOW3.

what's new?

* there are two new unit test cases for the factory class and the 
transient memory backend
* the new transient memory backend replaces the previous globals backend
* the globals backend has been removed
* a file now holds the revision number the framework has last been 
synched to
* tests for the DB backend checking for existing tables have been 
disabled for now as they produced failures and we do not have a solution 
for the issue yet
* all other changes are rather minor
