[TYPO3-core] FYI48: #11327: Change 2 forgotten icons in t3skin

Hi Steffen,

+1 for edit_fe but could you update pencil of edit_file to use the one 
from edit_fe ? contrast of this icon is quite bad. I cannot clearly see 
what it is.
