this is a SVN patch request.

as discussed in "Content rendering list" here is the patch that 
reintroduce the divider CE.

The default rendering is
<div class="divider"><hr /></div>

Attached is a pic of new content element wizard integration, there are 
also 2 new wizard icons (oldskin and t3skin)
