[TYPO3-core] RFC #6872: Add suggest-like feature to TCEforms

I tested the latest patch and I have a problem.
There is a 'deleted = 0' in SQL query.
I'm not sure but I don't think it's a required field for all tables when 
you develop an extension (sometimes you want records to be really 
deleted from your database).

I really want this feature in 4.3. I use ajaxgroupsearch but I have some 
problem with encoding.
