[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #11237: Pages protected by incl. sub-pages FE-group don't redirect

Problem:
If you have a incl. sub-pages FE-group protected hierarchy below a non-incl. 
sub-pages FE-group protected page, you get the page rendered (though according 
to your login-status), instead of being redirected.

Solution:
See the bug-tracker entry, I made an extensive analysis why and what. Obviously 
I still may have overseen something!
