[TYPO3-core] RFC: #8980: unlink of non existant lockfiles generates warnings in frontend

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The function release() in t3lib_lock designed to release a lock does not
check for file existence before unlinking a file thus creating a warning
in the frontend if the file does not exist.

Solution:
Check for file existence before unlinking.
