[TYPO3-core] t3lib_TCEmain: quotes around column names

Hello!

Not sure if I'm right here, but anyway...

I came across an issue with copying records: The questionaire extension 
uses the reserved keyword 'sql' as a column name, which throws an sql 
error when copying records in the list module (with mySQL5).

Maybe it would be a good idea to quote all column names with backticks 
to avoid such problems. What do you think?
