The current implementation of the DB backend is a bit different from the 
others (the file BE f.e.). It should IMO be easier to use the DB backend 
by having a default table everything goes into and only for special 
cases you have to or want to define separate tables for performance 
reasons f.e.

However I'm fine with cache_hash for now as long as we do not have 11181 
implemented.
