[TYPO3-core] RFC #11602: Reset filter above the page-tree is not translatable

hi,

+1 by reading and testing

the following doesn't concern the patch:
first I was a bit confused because I didn't see the filter input in the 
filetree.
But then I found this line in alt_file_navframe.php

   // Possible filter/search like in page tree
$subparts['###SECOND_ROW###'] = '';

on whose todo list is that? ;-)
