Following the recently released CGL that's not possible.
see the t3lib example at the section "Namespaces" in
https://svn.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/Core/Documentation/trunk/doc_core_cgl/doc/

class.t3lib_div_browser.php is in directory t3lib/div/.
