[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug: System extension feedit misspelled

Problem:
The system extension feedit was misspelled in the list of extensions tha
are activated by default on a new TYPO3 installation.

Solution:
Use feedit instead of fe_edit.

Notes:
The system extension was renamed from 'fe_edit' to 'feedit' in the
last few weeks.
