The problem is the default value. With a negating name, everything
remains the same until the setting is explicitely turned on.

However, if the name would be "loadInFE" then the default must be 1
which is not possible since updating every extension just for this makes
no sense.

Sure there is the possibility to have it turned on if not set, however
that appears like nonsense to me either...
