Modes means it can be FE, BE, or both. However, TYPO3_MODE is singular
which means a comma-separated list doesn't make much sense unless it
becomes confusing.

Since it seems there are no other suggestions for what the information
could be used, I propose to go with Mattes' original proposal and simply
use "doNotLoadInFE" (or find a good alternative with a similar meaning).
