But "CLI" doesn't correspond to a TYPO3_MODE. When running a CLI script 
the TYPO3_MODE is BE. The CLI "context" is identified by setting the 
TYPO3_cliMode constant to true. So we're not really able to run "pure" 
CLI scripts IMO.
