[TYPO3-core] RFC #?????: Resources -> Files missing in doktype Sysfolder

Hi friends!

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: bugfix

Branches: 4_2 (Ingo?), trunk

Problem:
SysFolder's page properties lack Files-field like almost all other doktypes 
have.

Solution:
Add it to TCA.

Hint:
IMHO it makes no sense to leave this field out for SysFolders as there can 
be situations, where you want to store files in it. I consider this as a 
bug.
