Hi,

this is an SVN patch request.

class.t3lib_tstemplate.php tries to store hash values with 21char String 
as identifier. Since table definition is for this field is 20 chars, 
this causes an error (see attached image)

Solution:
Change the Table-Definition to 25 chars

Note:
Other solution would be to change the identifier char, searching for any 
occurrence of the string:"TMPL CONDITIONS - ALL" was not successful, so 
it might be used in other places as in the core. If it is not used 
anywhere, the storing of the hash could also be removed from the core.
