yes. Take as example a contact form in a popup. Why should i use 
shortcut? Just take normal page, put the form on it, finish.
Fill target, and - as you want to have different template - use type 
where you defined it.

see HCI list, i plan to "eleminate" second tab. But this isn't part of 
this RFC
