Problem:
currently I'm testing a lot of patches requiring database updates. DB
compare in the install tool is a very handy tool for this but it can
require a huge amount of clicks when checking each single checkbox one by
one for several times.

Solution:
attached patch adds 2 links to the db compare module allowing admins to
check/uncheck all checkboxes at once.
