[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10853: [Feature] New Multimedia CE

Hi,

attached is a new version.

I changed function readFlexformIntoConf for optimized section fields, 
now the container is array key too (this helps when you want to know in 
which section the element is)
I have used this in private extension too with great succes.

And again a reminder.
