[TYPO3-core] FYI48: RFC #11480: missing BACK_PATH in css inclusion of Ext Js Stylesheets

Hi,

this is an SVN patch request.

If stylesheets for Ext Js are defined in $GLOBALS['TBE_STYLES'] they are 
relative to typo3-dir. So with inclusion $this->backPath has to be 
pretended.

I will commit this nobrainer in the next 48 hours if noone objects.
