[TYPO3-core] RFC #10256: gzip_encode not found error in file_list.php in 4.2.4 and 4.2.5

So this patch just disables gzip_encode in file_list.php?
Is this a wished behavior?
I'm not really up-to-date with the gzip matters in TYPO3, I just know that
there have been some changes the last few weeks.
