:-) it was a puzzle for me too, but now one of the best tools in OB

try out: click on any object (may be one plugin)

Then click on the bottom link! eg
Add key "plugin.tx_pbsurvey_pi1" to Object List (OL)

Now you have quick access to this plugin - very useful.
