[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10282: Table definition in cache_treelist not compliant with MySQL 5.0 strict mode

Hi,

i added the output strings from install tool too, see attached patch.

One thing is remaining i don't know how to handle: in sysext openId 
there is the third party script included having wrong strings too. Do we 
change such or leave it as it is?
