[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #10176: Multiple calls to deprecated function "fixed_lgd" throughout the core

Attached is a new version, which fixes Steffens notes and hopefully has 
all the calls in it.

Whoops, I removed it intentionally but it should not have been in that 
patch. But since you mention it: that line does nothing, outputs 
nothing, it's just there: what to do with such things?
