[TYPO3-core] Use of deprecated function t3lib_div::fixed_lgd in class.em_index.php

Hi folks

This is patch request.

Problem: fixed_lgd is deprecated but still used in extMgr, causing a lot of noise with warnings when calling the extMgr.

Solution: use fixed_lgd_cs instead as suggested in the deprection note of ext fixed_lgd.

The attached patch fixes this problem.
