[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10098: t3lib_div::fixed_lgd_cs calls deprecated t3lib_div::fixed_lgd

+1 by testing.

This one needs to get in urgently, because there are a lot of calls to fixed_lgd.
I made a patch to prevent all those notices in class.em_index.php, but it needs this one.
