This is an SVN patch request.

Type: Feature

Bugtracker references:
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=2859

Branches: trunk

Problem:
List view should have 'collapse' / 'expand' functionality for all list
types. The changes should persist across sessions. This would enable a
user to hide the taxes or countries list on the root page. Also, the
'sub pages' could be hidden so the user can concentrate on content
records if he uses the list view to edit content elements.

Solution:
Attached patch adds an + / - icon to the table headers in multi table
view mode. See screenshot. The state of a table is saved in the users uc.

Notes:
This patch improves display performance of the list module for pages
with many tables and records (eg. the root page with installed
ext:static_info_tables) if unused tables are collapsed. Those collapsed
records are also not fetched from db.

Cheers
Christian
