[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #10218: For fixing bug #10143 the function str_ireplace was introduced, which does not exist in PHP4

Hi,
This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
While fixing the bug 0010143 the function str_ireplace was introduced 
which does not exist in PHP4.

Solution:
I order to fix this bug along with bug 0010143 preg_preplace should be used.

Note:
I tested this on a PHP4 installation now...
