[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #10196: htmlArea RTE: Remove extension configuration variable enableClickEnlarge

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Configuration variable enableClickEnlarge is not needed.

Like any other property, the click-enlarge property may be removed from 
the image dialogue through PageTSConfig.

Click-enlarge rendering requires inclusion of the relevant static template.

Extension configuration may therefore be simplified.

Solution:
Remove this configuration variable. The feature will be enabled by default.
