[TYPO3-core] Ready for TYPO3 4.2.4?

Hi all,

I found some strange behaviour in the latest dev-version concerning the 
good old date evaluation:

1) Using 4.2.3: everything works as expected
2) Using 4.2.4-dev: Problem (time jumps) when entering future date that 
is after a daylight saving time change (in my case after saving: -2 hours)

I filed a bugreport [1] but could not choose 4.2.4 as Version, so I 
chose 4.2.3 although everything seems to work fine there.
