Simply remove "inc" from the original list, as it get's added by the
$PHP_EXTENSION_DEFAULT now ...

XML + CSV are good to be added ... JSB is probably some proprietary
filename extension added by authors of the third party resources you
referenced in "extJS/resources"


I think it's ok to commit this after those two issues shown up by Masi.
