[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10157: t3lib/config_default.php textfile_ext should be updated to include xml and other text types

If it's in typo3/contrib/extJS/resources/ I cannot edit it from the BE.
Is there a use case where I put such a file into fileadmin/? If not I
wouldn't add it.
