[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10031: Icon in "text w/ picture" and "picture" does not change.

Problem:
In the media-tab you have the option "image-position".
No matter which position you choose, the icon always stays the same.

Not before saving the element the correct icon is shown.

Solution:
This is a fix for all icon-selects, not only the one mentioned.
If icon is drawn, the patch adds a JS onchange:
this.style.backgroundImage=this.options[this.selectedIndex].style.backgroundImage;
