[TYPO3-core] FYI Fixed bug #10087: Deprecation annotations are wrong for TYPO3 3.6

Hi!

I couldn't believe that there are only functions deprecated in 4.0 and
above, so I dug up 3.3, 3.5 and 3.6. I didn't check 3.7 and 3.8. anaywa,
here's the result:

Description: Many functions claim that they have been deprecated in 4.0,
but have been deprecated in 3.6 or even 3.5.

Solution: Fix annotations.

This has been commited as revision 4675.

PS: Interestingly some functions that were deprecated in 3.6 are not
present in the current trunk.
