[TYPO3-core] Ready for TYPO3 4.2.4?

I tested Stanislas' patch #9596 against 4.2.4-dev. Everything worked 
fine. No error Message anymore, RTEs are loaded correctly - no matter if 
in parent or in child rec.

So this issue seems to be solved. I added a note and attached a t3x for 
testing purposes to the bt entry [1].
