As promised, I updated the 4.2 version of the TSRef to remove the 
stdWrap datatype from the doNotLinkIt & doNotShowLink properties.

Steffen, I removed your notes from the pending doc page, since the Trunk 
version of TSRef already included the stdWrap datatype for doNotLinkIt & 
doNotShowLink (erroneously added for 4.2).
