[TYPO3-core] RFC #3682: im_version_5 is always reset to im5 when using ImageMagick 6.x

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
"Basic Configuration" in Install tool always overwrites value of im_version_5 
with im5 - even if Imagemagick 6 is installed and current value is set to 
im6.

Solution:
Add check for im6.

Patch is by Andreas Wolf, I did some cleanup.
