[TYPO3-core] RFC #10567: Get rid of browser version dependent t3lib_div::clientInfo()

Hi,

this is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
t3lib_div::clientInfo() uses hardcoded version numers for browser detection.
This blocks IE8 as only IE 4-7 is accepted.

Solution:
Remove version numbers.

Notice:
Furthermore remove same detection for Mozilla/(4|5), if there might be a 
Mozilla/6 one day.
