+1 on reading and testing in trunk.

I am +- 0 for 4.2-branch as it changes behavior a bit.

This default change only applies for tables other than tt_content,
and/or if rtehtmlarea configuration setting "Minimal" is used.

"Typical" and "Demo" both add
"TCEFORM.tt_content.bodytext.RTEfullScreenWidth= 100%" as default
pageTSConfig. So these are superfluous, should we remove them now, too?
