[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #6947: RTEfullScreenWidth by default please !

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
TSConfig Reference document specifies for property RTEfullScreenWidth:
"The width of the RTE full screen display. If nothing is set, the whole 
width is used which means “100%”. If you set an integer value, that 
indicates the pixels width."

Yet, the code says 500...

Solution:
Make it 100% as specified.
