[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10515: extend Filelist with icon block according to list view

Do we really need this new option? I would like to have a discussion in
dev list to ask who actually uses the option in the list module, maybe
we could get rid of it. If so we should not introduce the same thing for
file list.
