[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #10479: htmlArea RTE: JS error is raised when using the delete icon on a flexform

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When trying to delete from a flexform an element that contains a 
RTE-enabled field, a js error "illegal character" is raised.

Solution:
Replace escaped single quotes with double quotes in onsubmit handler.
