[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10327: [felogin] redirecting to referer does not work

Hi Steffen,

i tested all again, especially with the option redirectFirstMethod. 
Indeed there was a problem with existing code, which i fixed now.

Attached patch works for me with all possible configurations, please 
test again. Thx.
