Now i have the final patch. Display is the (localized) Extension title.
For TS-ordering the extension key is used. System Records use the key 
"system". So, for having System Records and News at first place, the 
TS-option looks like this:

mod.wizards.newRecord.order = system,tt_news

Remember the icon to be placed in typo3/gfx, i attached it again.
