Tested on WinXP  - IE6, IE7, FF2, FF3.0.3, Opera 9.63 and Safari 3.2.2:

On IE6+IE7 the encryption key changes only on the first click, following
clicks are ignored. Other tested browsers change it on any click.
IMHO once is enough and does not significantly raise entropy ;-)

So +1 from me.
