Hi Dmitry,
I would change the mysql version to 5.1 in "recommended requirements" 
since it is much mor performant than 4.1

In addition it should be written into this file, that for installation 
the file ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL has to be created (and where) an that it 
should be deleted afterwards.
