I totally agree with Masi here! We shouldn't care for people XCLASSing 
the core, if we do, we never can change things because someone _might_ 
be xclassing it...

The same applies to the use of Nusoap in the EM, it's an EM only thing 
and was never meant to be used by anybody else.
