[TYPO3-core] RFC #10382: Bugfixes for t3editor CodeCompletion

Hey Core Team,
hey Tobias,

could we give Tobias an SVN write access so he can do a FYI to the 
commits of the t3editor extension (like Stan does in RTE) as Tobias 
knows his extension the best and therefore is responsible for his part. 
He's already a v5 core team member and has proven his abilities :)
