Note that there are actually 2 "doc_core_tsconfig" chapters. One in 
"Pending documentation" and one in "Changes committed to CoreDocs, 
please review and remove when ok". You add your changes to the wrong 
section, I moved it.

The cleaning up of the second section is pending :-)
