I do not think it is a wise move to remove deprecated ts settings so quickly. There are thousands of t3 sites out there 
in the world whose owners will have to PAY for the changes in their templates, because they cannot do it by themselves. 
Quite a few people will not upgrade for that reason! So for TS removing deprecated TS stuff I would suggest at least 4 
releases.
